I've tried many wordpress plugins, but many of them causing problem when i use them in multisite. Is there any good multisite compatible wordpress facebook twitter plugin available?.
It would be nice if the plugin has both functionality (fb connect + twitter connect)

I know he uses these on his site and he's running MultiSite. You may need to activate PER site and not network wide, though.
(PS: If you only want answers from pros, best thing would be to hire them. Otherwise you get what you get here.)

I don't think i need that quote.
Because i never said "I need suggestions ONLY from professionals". I added that line because Andrea_r is solved many of my problems. So don't take it in the wrong way. Thanks for the answer.

That there implies 'I want answers from professionals.' Otherwise why mention it at all? Basically it's this: If you want to talk to someone specific, go ahead and talk to them directly :) If they tell you 'Sorry, I only help people off-forums if it's for a paying job' then there you go. But otherwise assume that the help you'll get here is the best you can get :)
