Facebook Summary Report for all posts – possible PlugIn idea

Does anyone know of a plugin that will generate a report showing a count of all facebook likes by post? For example, the report will list every post, and next to each post name it shows the # of facebook likes. This would allow you to see which posts are most popular on Facebook.
Additionally, it would be good to take it a step further and also show other social sites – for example # of +1’s on G+ and # of Tweets. I’m envisioning a chart – post names on the y-axis and socials sites on the x-axis (across the top) and the counts at the intersections.
This would be a great plugin idea if one does not exist yet… developers?
