   This may be a known issue, but it appears the SEO comments routine does not properly show in-line responses to existing comments. For example on this page you'll see Scottie's comment:

   This is totally awesome! :)

   However the responses to those comments do not show up in the <noscript> portion of the comments. For example Keith's reponse - "Beautiful and really like the crab!" is missing.

   Thanks for developing this. I know supporting these plugins can be tough as many people are a bit obtuse about issues and don't often provide enough information to help debug...
