Is there a plug-in or a way to do this? Or does anyone know of something in the works?
What I am looking for:
Taking photos from FB into WP site
Tagging these photos from WP site
Having those tags show up in FB for their friends to see
What I'm not looking for:
A plug-in that emulates the FB tagging system in a WP site

I guess tagging from within WP is not an option, yet? It looks feasible through the FB API but I have not had a moment to go back to this problem to resolve it.

You might be interested to check out FotoTag which offers photo tagging. However, you'll still have lot of changes to do since you are looking for a tighter integration with Facebook, but that might be a good starting point.
