Facebook Like Button problem

I am trying to use Facebook like button in my customised wordpress site. I have my own set of query string. But in the Facebook, my query strings are omitted. So all the like buttons in my page are treated as one. When I press any of the like button, all the buttons are liked automatically.

What I want is replace the permalink with my own URL for the Facebook like button. But the Facebook always takes the permalink.

Please help. Really urgent
