facebook 'Like' box to connect to each seperate post.

I’ve used plugins to put a like on each seperate post but if I click the like link with another profile it doesnt show that I like THAT specific post on my wall. it just saids I like a website and the link takes me to the front page not the specific blog post. I’m also trying to make the like boxes show up on show-posts.php and single.php and if possible make them be in sync with the number of likes. I feel like this is a very sought after function but I just cant find anything that makes it work through and through. Maybe i’m the only one? I would truly appreciate some help. Thank You.
