Facebook icons don't show when navigating

I installed the generic facebook plug in (from facebook), I configured it to appear on my posts (like button, share button, etc). when I go to the post directly (post edit screen) and i click on view post, the page appears correctly with the icons. but when i navigate to the post via my site, the post appears but without the icons. The only difference in the URL is the addition of a /#! Is there any thing I can adjust so that the icons show when navigating through the site ( Theme – Gleam)
