Facebook Comments Title showing up but no comments box

I’ve checked Enable XFBML, Enable FB Namespace and Enable Open Graph as well as UNchecked “Allow people to post comments on new articles” in the discussion settings and still no facebook comments.

the site is currently behind dev.mysite.com url. is this whats causing the problem?
