• I am so tired of trying to make FB comments work. It’s been a 2 month long ordeal. I have a FB comment app created and have the Application ID and Application Secret numbers and entered them The error message says “Warning: this comments plugin is operating in compatibility mode, but has no posts yet. Consider specifying an explicit ‘href’ as suggested in the comments plugin documentation to take advantage of all plugin features.” underneath the comment box at http://roundhousetalk.com/2013/01/your-great-great-grandmother-wasnt-a-cherokee-princess/ The App ID and Secret are correct, but now when I try to create the code from Facebook, the code tells me to insert the HTML5 script once into the body and then another script for the comment in the page where I want it to show up. Someone please help me as this is a constant error issue for me. Presently I have Facebook Comments 3.1.31 installed. I don’t know what else to do. I disabled Jetpack for WordPress and Facebook 1.1.11 is the only social plugin I have activated. Also, why can’t I hide the Moderator’s box when i checked that the plugin could go ahead and post it publicly? It’s a mess and no one seems to be able to help me. When I try things I am advised in these forums, it works and then bombs later. Please help me.
