   I have just installed and configured the plugin 'Facebook', using it solely to get the 'Comment using Facebook' feature. I know I could do this with other plugins, but I would like to use this specific one, not only because it is official, but also because it provides Insights that the other 'Facebook comment' plugins don't.

   The problem I am facing is that the facebook comment box appears at the end of the post, but the wordpress comment box, is not visible, but if I open the source code, the comments form is there, i.e. with ctrl+u keys, I can see the html code of native wordpress box comments

   How can I have both the 'Facebook Comment box' and the "WordPress Comment box "?

   The facebook hides this through CSS. You can try to display it by adding this to your style.css:

   #respond, #commentform, #addcomment, #comment-form-wrap .entry-comments{
   display:block;
   }

   I am not familiar with that plugin so I am not sure if the two comment systems can play together nicely.
