   Hi,

   Techcrunch allows users to comment using their Facebook login (Facebook connect).

   Is there a plugin that allows this functionality?

   Here's a couple options hosted here in the plugins section:

   I believe there are others out there that aren't hosted here. A web search engine should help turn some up. For instance:
