So far I'm liking this plugin. Once I get the paypal thing, I'll be up and running soon...

The facebook, twitter and linkin, what are the steps to adding these fields without having them show on submit form UNLESS there is a trick into displaying a facebook icon instead of the like button.

    Hi mtporter,

I'm not 100% clear on what the goal is here, so I'd like to ask some questions first.

    - Do you want these 3 fields at all? If not, which ones do you not want and where do you not want them?

    - Is the problem that the fields are all required during submission, and that's why you want them removed?

If the answer to #2 is yes, that's easy--just mark the field as Optional (uncheck "This field is required") under Directory Admin->Manage Form Fields.

Also, since you're liking the plugin now, can I perhaps ask you to upgrade your review a bit? :D

Ok, for now just trying to add Facebook (I'll add the other 2 later). When Facebook is added, on the frontend for a person signing up it simply says 'Facebook' (perhaps this could be Facebook URL). Upon entering I'm thinking once paid and published it would show a Facebook icon that would take a visitor to that listing's Facebook page. Instead of a Facebook icon, when there is a Facebook URL in that field, there is a Facebook Like button.

Yes, would like to use all 3 social site options.

You can rename the field to say whatever you like under Manage Form Fields--the Facebook could say "Facebook Business Page", and that would show up for the user.

Right now, that's what it does--you put a Facebook URL in the field, and when the listing is displayed, there is a "Like" button in the listing itself.

The Twitter button works similarly, except that the end result in the display is the Twitter "Follow" button.

Linked in shows a button for LinkedIn Profiles. It only works with actual business listings, not personal ones (that's a LinkedIn issue, not a BD one...we tried to get around it, they don't allow it)
