F8-Lite Theme Thumbnail Issue

I’ve installed the F8-Lite theme and I’m having issues getting thumbnails to appear on the homepage. The big header image isn’t the issue – its the thumbnails that appear within the posts on the homepage.

I’ve combed thru the forums and I’ve read several posts about updating the functions.php file as well as adding Custom Fields. None of these seem to help so can someone take a look at my page, http://blog.soulblend.com, and you’ll notice that only 1 post has a thumbnail image while the other doesn’t. I can’t seem to figure out why but I’ve tried nearly everything.

All I want is the thumbnail to show up for each posting and I’m good. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
