since upgrading, my site has doubled in load times. It's running very slow and taking double the memory for queries.
For example, I had one large one that ran every few days and then was cached. Before the update it took about 60-70mb and now it's taking 130-190mb (according to TCP memory usage plugin).
Any ideas? I've tried disabling some plugins and it didn't seem to help.

I cut down on the amount of content shown on the page by half, and it's still going pretty slow. According to yslow, there's even a404 error?
"http://www.tradereadingorder.com/list/comics/dc-comics-universe/page/2/ (status: 404)"
everything seems to have loaded though!

http://www.downforeveryoneorjustme.com/tradereadingorder.com is reporting my site down even when it looks like most of the information is loading. This is very very weird!
