Extra text field product view

Hi!

Im new user for wordpress and im building an e-commerce site with woocommerce. Now one important feature that is not implemented is internal notes. Lets say i have 35 suppliers and need to order to update my stock. When woocommerce flag for empty stock or just short stock i want the supplier information written in the system. That way i can document this so that anyone can handle orders from my suppliers thru the system without external data.

First and most important I need a text field in the right sidebar where i have my product. here i can write internal information such as instructions and phone numbers, addresses to suppliers.

In a perfect world I would like a column in the product view not only showing “in stock”. Maybe it could be flagged with bold red or “in stock (<5)” with a tunable number. This way i can sort my products to show what i need to order to update my stock.

I hope someone have solved this or can point me to a solution.
