[resolved] Extra Slash In URL's (5 posts)

I just set up 2.5, and I'm running into this issue: all of my permalinks place an extra slash after the .com, so my URL's end up looking like this:

    http://www.katyvolleyball.com//page-title

This happens on post titles as well. I've tried everything I can think of and nothing is working, so any help would be very appreciated.

I have that problem but only with PodPress URL's for my podcast mp3 files (and have not upgraded to WP 2.5 yet).

Curious to see if a solution is posted for you that might work for me too

do either of the URLs in settings > general have a trailing slash?

They don't, but I did try putting them in to see if that fixed the problem. It didn't. I also thought it might be a problem in my .htaccess file, but there's nothing extra in there besides the standard WordPress rewrite stuff.

I'm using the Month And Name permalink structure.

Figured it out. I had used sub-pages, and hadn't published the parent page to those sub-pages, so it put the "//" in because there was no parent page information.
