Extra “/” on ADD MEDIA

Upgraded one of my blogs to 2.6 and in the ADD MEDIA, after the pop up had come up, all the links CHOOSE FILE, GALLERY, MEDIA LIBRARY has an extra “/” (forward slash) on the link. So when I click on it, I get a 404 error
