   How do I delete the "o" archive folder listed on my website under "Archives"?

   You probably have a post that has a blank/empty date.

   What I would like to do is locate the post that has the blank date. When I go to "manage posts" all is see are the 2008 posts. Where do I go to locate all of the posts in my archives?

   You don't manage archive folders, they are dynamic elements created by WordPress. If you can't see that post, then use phpMyAdmin and when browsing the wp_posts table, click on the post_date column to sort the table in date order--you should see that post.
