External link to lightbox

    Is there a way to create a link from say an email to your site with lightbox so that a specific picture is displayed in lightbox after the page loads?

    I have thought of using the auto lightbox feature for this but that only work if you have that image as the first image to pop up and if you are fine with that page always being auto lightbox. So currently I have replicated pages to have the effect but I was wondering if there was an easier / more direct way.
