external link on slideshow image

    hey all, i am running
    wp 3.3.1
    WP-Creativix 2.4

    i can’t figure out how to attach an external url to the featured images in my slideshow.

    also, and this is less urgent matter, i cant get the thumbnails of the slideshow to accept the settings i define for that image’s thumbnail, even though when i post the pic elsewhere the thumbnail will appear correctly.
