My external IP changed and suggendly things are not working. If I point a browser at the new IP nothing happens for a long time then the site comes up but with no formatting. The site name does not resolve despite changing it with dyndns.
Also the links to admin, etc at the bottom of the wordpress page show the old IP as part of the link, yet I cant find any setting anywhere to change this..
Basically I am pretty lost, little help?

If you can't get into the admin area to change the settings for WordPress Address and Blog Address on Options --> General, you will need to fix them in the database. Here's the tutorial:

I followed that and had no success. I changed everything correctly, but it would not come up. Finally, I went to
http://my.ip.address/wp-admin and the login popped up. I was able to log in and then the rest of the site went live.
I think for most people, the tutorial provided will be sufficient, though.
