External file size problem (2 posts)

    Hi,
I put files on Google Drive and use download monitor to protect the file url. It works very well until I have some files over 64MB. The files I downloaded are limited about 64MB. I tried to modify my .htaccess with following setting, but it doesn't work.
    php_value upload_max_filesize 100M
    php_value post_max_size 100M
    php_value memory_limit 100M

My shared hosing doesn't allow me to use mod_xsendfile, so I don't know if it would resolve the problem.

I hope there is any solution that I don't need to move to another hosting. If I really have to move to a hosting with mode_xsendfile , I need to ensure the problem would be resloved.

There are many reasons why you'd have a 64mb limit - memory, server config.

You may want to ensure you use this: http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP
