Extending wordpress authentication (1 post)

    Hi,
    I want to use be able to tell if a user is logged into word press on parts of my site which are not generated by wordpress. I am trying to use the auth_redirect pluggable function.

    This works fine when a user is not logged on -- they are correctly redirected to the logon page. However logged on users are redirected to the logon page which instantly detects that are not logged on and sends them back to the page they came from.

    I've required these two pages:

    require('wordpress/wp-blog-header.php');
    require('wordpress/wp-includes/pluggable.php');

    Are other pages required as well, or is there another problem?

    Thanks,

    Jimmy
