    I've been having some trouble getting my columns to extend all the way down in my design. I've cried out for help on my site, and if you can help in any way, post here or comment on my site.
    Thanks so much.

    I'm sure when you write more, it'll extend ;) Sorry, this is really just my way of saying I have no idea -_-

    @Scooter,
    Check out Position Is Everything where you will find some really good information on the layout of sites like yours; ones that have columns as well as a header and footer.

    Maybe you can create a .gif repeating for a background and make it repeat-y?

    @Scooter
    Here is a specific page on a three-column stretch. Isn't the stretch what you are after?

    Yeah, if you want to keep your sidebar fixed width use a background image. But if I wanted a floating-width sidebar that extended all the way down the page I'd use a table.
    (if erisfree reads this she'll kill me ;) )

    I used the background repeating, (with help from stewart from http://www.sub-division.com) and it works great. :)
