Extended Restrictions not displaying all available categories

    Hello,

    Our plugin has all the sudden been buggy. Especially in the “Extended Restrictions” areas.

    We now are only give a choice of a few categories. It’s almost like it does not see our entire category archive.

    Example:
    We have categories setup names Cat1 through Cat100. The extended restriction tab only displays Cat1 through Cat20. There’s about 80% of our categories that are not able to be selected in the extended restrictions.

    Also, we seem to hit a limit on how many categories we are able to select. It seems to limit us to 20 or so.

    Please help!
