A web company set up my company website through WordPress and won't help me now in the answering of issues and problems.
I have been trying to download my list of email subscribers. I know I have at least 2,000 (probably more), but the only place I can find from the Dashboard to download subscribers brings me to a list of only about 100 or less.
Am I looking for the wrong word? Can someone please help me?
WordPress only stores a list of your blog's users/subscribers. It doesn't store anything to do with email subscribers normally.

But I get an email each time someone subscribes to my "email list" FROM WordPress. And I have 2,000+ emails like this from the past month alone.
And what do you use to run your email list?

See, that's my problem. My site was set up by another company. I assume it's a plugin, but it's impossible to find!
Does your site use Feedburner?
