   I request your help.

   This morning I exported the WordPress site to an XML file. The file is 4.3 MB in size.

   When I try to import it, I get the following error:
   ====================
   Import WordPress
   Sorry, there has been an error.

   The uploaded file exceeds the upload_max_filesize directive in php.ini.
   ====================

   php.ini does not contain anything related to this. Does it mean I must edit the XML file, or insert some code in the php.ini file?

   I appreciate your help!

   I forgot to mention: I am running WordPress 2.9.1 .

   Searched, and found suggestions for HOW to do it.

   I made the changes required to php.ini, adding the following lines:

   upload_max_filesize = 64M
   post_max_size = 64M

   and modifiyng the following line from 60 to 600:

   max_input_time = 600

   Everything is working great now!
