   Visit http://yourdomain.com/wp-links-opml.php. Then use SAVE AS to save the output, edit out only the links you want included, then use Tools->Import->Blogroll to import the file you saved at the other blog.

   Thanks! i'm using /wp-links-opml.php?link_cat=1 to export only one specific category
