mrtphotoI want to be able to export a single post(or catagory) from one WordPress site and import it into another with images attached!
A plugin to do this would be fine. I've looked and can't find one. "wp export" doesn't count.. that plugin is supposed to be integrated into the current version of WordPress and it hasn't been updated in a year.
I have a client that has multiple websites in his industry for different physical locations. He is selling some of the same equipment on all of his websites.
I have seen other posts about this issue but for earlier versions of WordPress.
When I export from one WordPress install to another I get everything but images. The XML file has no links to images. There is no process on import that seems to try to access the old site.. The process is almost instant with no errors. I do check the box to "Download and import file attachments".
I am not trying to move an entire site.. I want my client to be able to add a post in one site and copy it to another as he adds new products.
