Export Filter missing

    Hi, I don”t use a local WP, but the one provided by my server (STRATO) online (its WP Germany). I recognised, that the tools/export command does not show all the filters. The only selection I can make is by different post-authors.
    Does anybody know if this is normal, or how can I get the filters ?
    There is obviously now way for me to upgrade to another WP version, because this is all managed by my web hoster.
