   Hi,
   is it possible to export data from WordPress 3.2.1 and later import to WPMS 3.2.x Multisite-install hassle-free?

   Or are more adaptions necessary?

   Of course.

   Import and exporting WP MultiSite DATA (i.e. posts/comments) is the same as doing it on Single Site :) It Works!

   multisite is the same as what wordpress.com uses, so it;s just like moving off and on that platform.
