[resolved] Export CSV - ticket type (name/description) won't work (7 posts)

    Hi, I am having a problem exporting my reservations.

    I am using two tickets for my events, but when I am trying to export the complete list of reservations and check the box for multiple tickets, ticket name and ticket description won't export. I did drag them into 'columns to export' but they won't turn orange as the rest of the items.

    I am a bit of a newb, so I have no clue how to fix this.

    First of all, can you please confirm you're on the latest version of the plugin? We did have an issue like this recently but it was fixed.

    Yes I updated the plugin to the latest version, which is, right?

    Yes, that's the latest version. Is the export still not working for you?

    I can export the current items, but I still can't export ticket name.
    If I drag some current items (like Name, event, etc.) away from the 'columns to export', I can't put them back either.. Only when I log out and log back in again after a while, the standard settings are back and I can export these.

    try refreshing your page or clearing your browser cache (or try another browser). specifically fixes that problem, my guess is your browser is still using the older cached JS file, which is where the fix was made.
