The formatting for this site (http://mdcaz.org) is fine in Safari and Firefox, but entirely messed up and just plain awful in Explorer. In fact, some links aren’t showing up at all, others have a huge blue box around them, is there anything I can do? Thank you so much. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Apart from the religious content, the site looks just fine in IE7. Are you using a version of IE prior to the crucifixion? 🙂

edit: Oh nevermind that – I checked the site in your profile at first… mea culpa.

Now that I’ve checked the site you were actually talking about – the same applies. I think maybe you’re using a hobbled version of IE?

No, it looks messed up in IE7 for me too.

Validation shows 31 errors:

Bet that one of those is your issue. I suggest making the site valid.

How do I do that? Clean up all those errors? Wow, that’s helpful.

still no huge blue boxes for me, but making the site valid is always the first step to browser compatibility.
