experts please help… header problem

    If you look at my site http://www.saynototimeshares.com you can see in the header where i make my pages the color cuts out. How can i stop that? especially with the page/header “fill out survey….”

    Can someone PLEASE help me fix that. I need to get this site up asap. thanks!
