    Hi,
I recently updated a client site 3.5.1 and it was working fine, no obvious issues. Today, I went to update a custom posts image attachments and upon doing so I received this error:

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/content/72/9386272/html/wp-content/themes/charlesstephenphoto/functions.php:14) in /home/content/72/9386272/html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 876

Not really sure what to make of it or how to debug it however, but now every time I attempt to visit my clients site the page fails to load and this is displayed instead.

I get the feeling I need to re-install wordpress and start fresh, but I hope not. Any help is greatly appreciated!

    Thanks

Apologies, I believe it sorted it out. Freaked out a little too quick I guess. Please feel free to delete this post.
