expandable-dashboard-recent-comments feature suggestion

I just tried this and it’s very nice.

There is one small thing I wish to be fixed is that when the browser turns off javascript, it still show the link (to expand comments) and if I click it, it redirects to the top of the page.

So, it would be perfect for this plugin if the link get’s hidden when browser’s javascript is off.
