Exclude page tags from showing as blog tag result

I have a blog at http://www.sarthaksinghal.com/blog and there are pages also. Each post and page have sometimes common tags. When I click on the sidebar in blog section, the results are shown as pages also containing that tag.

How can I exclude page tags and limit the user to see only post tag results.
