    RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d
    RewriteRule . /portal/index.php [L]

    RewriteRule mipagina/(.*)/(.*)/?$ index.php?page_id=122&codigo=$1&b=$2 [L]
    </IfModule>

    but nothing happened . I need because i need this page acept 2 params.

    Hello,

    I am not sure about rewrite rules but you can still pass parameters through the URL when it has been rewrote. e.g.

    http://www.example.com/pagename/?a=1&b=2

    Then you can simply do a $_GET in the php.

    Dave.
