   EXCLUDE from PERMALINKS show only CHILD category

   I want to change
   http://www.site.com/blog/category/categories/games-fun/
   to
   http://www.site.com/blog/games-fun/

   categories is top category and games-fun is his child category

   How to do it, please help, Thanks.
