    Hi escalatoraccidnt,

Thank you for your support message.
I apologise for the delay in getting back to you. We have been super busy with various projects and haven’t had a chance to look into this. Please leave it with us and we will investigate the case and get back to as soon as we can.

    Kind Regards,
    Damian

No worries, I found a work around for now, but I’d like to come back and try the plugin again.

Basically, I have one JS file tracking.js –

Then I need to call that file in the header on every page of the site, except for one where it’s a different call for the conversion.

    Hello!

Sorry for the delay. We really was very busy working on other issues and features.

Your request can be made however there is no straight-forward solution. As you can see there is an ‘Advanced’ Tab withing the block assignment panel that can be used for such purposes. You can use REGULAR EXPRESSION to apply block for entire web site and exclude only one page. You might don’t know about REGULAR EXPRESSION. That’s said please send us your WordPress site address (http://www.Example.com) along with the page address (http://www.Example.com/page-slug) you like to exclude and we’ll give you the expression to fit that purpose.

    Hope that make sense.

    Regards,
    AHMeD
