There is an awkward (to me) gap on the left hand-side of the recent comments list in the Dashboard. I have marked-out what I am talking about in red in the following image:

If someone knows if this serves a purpose, I'd be happy to know what it is. Thanks!
The "gap", as you call it, is where a commenter's Gravatar will be displayed, if you have them enabled on your blog. I'm assuming that you have them turned off?
Thanks, kpdesign. I have not enabled gravatars, and I've locally modified the corresponding CSS so the comments are centred in the box.
