    I have recently installed the excerpt-reloaded plug-in but I still can't get a <read more> link to display after each excerpt. I'm totally new to php and have no idea what I'm doing. does anyone know if I need more than the following for the plugin to work properly?

    <div class="storycontent">

    <?php the_excerpt_reloaded(120, '<img>', 'excerpt', TRUE, 'keep reading >>', FALSE, 1); ?>

    </div>

    This is inside The Loop. I am using the Sharepointlike Theme. Any help is appreciated!

    If you read the comments on the plugin's page you can see you are not alone, unfortunately. Seemingly there is a glitch or something.

    Yah, I'm in the same soup! Coming from Blogger, and I'm struggling with the Semiologic Theme.

    My understanding is that the Excerpt Reloaded plugin generates a "better" excerpt than the one generated by WP if you don't specify an excerpt yourself.

    So, for my case, I'm not using this plugin, since I do write excerpts (summary) for every single post.

    But I still can't get the excerpts to display in my front page, archives, categories, and RSS feeds. The front page, RSS feeds and archives display the entire posts, while the categories display only the titles.

    I have already made the change in the Admin area for the RSS to show only the summary, but this is not helping either.

    @gappiah,
    you would have more chances if you post in the semiologic's support thread http://wordpress.org/support/topic/33492 than randomly hijacking other topics :)
