barrazHy people I’m a noob. so bear with me. the built in excerpt of WordPress doesnt work. do i have to change some codes? i searched the forum but I dont understand how to use the_excerpt. Can somebody explain this to me step by step?
Im using WP 3.04 and buddypress 1.27. i filled the standard excerpt field below when editing a post. but no excerpt on my frontpage. i changed in setting to display summary in stead of full article. but still no excerpt but the full article in all of my pages.
I asked this question at the buddypress site but they told me is a wordpress problem.
