excerpt not showing on iphone

My slider is working fine but, on my iphone, I cannot see the excerpt but can see the featured image (which rotates as normal). Any idea why that would be. The excerpt shows fine on my laptop but without the excerpt, my link to the promotion is not visible on a mobile phone. The image size has been checked and is ok but there’s just no excerpt shown.
