Excerpt Editor plug-in Read more image ??

Could anyone tell me if it is possible to add a Read More image to a my post excerpt using the Excerpt Editor plug-in ??

I’m want to do something like:

<?php the_content(‘Read More…<img src=”/images/leaf.gif”
alt=”read more” title=”Read More…” />’); ?>

But how and where do I add it to the Excerpt Editor plug-in?
