Adam, Thanks for the kind review. I hope you are not tinkering with the plugin’s template files, but rather your own versions thereof? One of the features of SUL is that you can copy the templates into your own theme and modify them there. In fact, the point of the plugin was to leave the output and style very much in your hands.
Sorry if I misunderstood you, but I will leave this for anyone else who might read this in the future. To modify the HTML markup of the user list please see the How Can I Customize the HTML/text, etc? of the FAQ.
I did modify the template files, so I am not sure how to customize the HTML as you said.
I will read the FAQ and post any questions.
Thanks.
Adam
Got it. I created the simple-user-listing in the theme folder, copied my altered files there.
FTP’d the original files to the plugins “template” folder.
Brilliant! It did feel a little strnge to poke around in the plug in folder itself.
Thanks again! Had you done an update to the plug in, I would have wiped out my changes / styling.
Cheers!
Modify the templates = modify the markup. Same same but different. 🙂
Glad you figured out that feature. You are correct, if (on the off chance) I update SUL you would have lost your changes.
