Eu ainda não consegui intalar o plugin. Já tentei de tudo mas continua acusando mensagem de erros. Ele não reconhece ou não consegue instalar os *.exe na pasta ewww.

If you don’t have the ability to make those changes, you will need to contact your webhost and see if it is something they can fix for you. It is generally fine to have alternating slashes like that. I have not seen it cause issues before.
