Every Link takes you back to index page

I have a blog setup, but every link you click on (I mean every link, even the comments, post names, pages, etc.) takes you back to my site’s index page. So even though in the bottom left corner of FireFox it says I’m going to http://www.example.com/?page_id=2 it takes me to http://www.example.com. The admin control panel still works (thank goodness) but my viewers can’t do anything on my site.

Any suggestions on how to fix this?
