I guess posted this wrong somehow because I don't see it in the list of topics associated with this plugin. But basically I have a recurring event that is set for Mondays but it shows as Monday and Tuesday on the Calendar view for both the Month and Week view. I have also seen it add an extra day in the calendar for a non-recurring event that lasted a month. On that one it also added one extra day.

    Here is the caledar page:

and here is my original forum post:

    Hi Winterstreet,

Unfortunately I didn't get any notifications about your other threads.

To help investigate this, can you provide the event details as they are entered in the admin? As well as your timezone setting (in WordPress General Settings).

Does it appear correctly in the admin calendar?

    Thanks for getting back.

Here's a link to screenshot of the settings for the event:
http://www.hospiceofthefoothills.org/wp-content/uploads/2013/01/event-details.png I see that the check box for recurring isn't checked but it definitely recurs.

Los Angeles is selected for the timezone and next to it it says:
UTC time is 2013-01-09 18:12:30 Local time is 2013-01-09 10:12:30

It does not display correctly in the admin calendar either.

    Thanks for the help.
    Dave

    Hi Dave,

You have selected the start date as the Monday, but the end date as the following Tuesday, so its an event which carries across two days.

The event is set to recur weekly on Mondays (which it does), but since its an event which lasts 25 hours, it carries on to the following Tuesday. Setting the end date to 31st December is what you're after :).

(The checkbox isn't checked by default, it needs to be checked to edit the event details so that it doesn't needlessly regenerate the event occurrences).

I'm sorry for wasting your time. I actually didn't enter the event but I still should have checked it out better.

My original post actually had been about a slightly different situation where a month long event carried over to an additional day, but I just tried to replicate it and there was no problem. So I don't know about that one now either.

But thanks again for the help, and sorry again for the operator error.
