[resolved] Event manager confirmation email problem (6 posts)

    I am using Event Manager on a clients site and when people place bookings they should receive a confirmation email.

    The problem is that some users have reported that they are receiving confirmation emails for some courses and not others.

    Is there a way to remedy this? Every booking should send out a confirmation email.

    are they receiving the wrong confirmation right after they sign-up for event or after the admin confirm the bookings ?

    They are receiving confirmation for some events but not others. The bookings are automatically approved.

    Have you been able to confirm, using your own email address, that it's not a problem with a specific email address (over-zealous spam filters, etc.)?
